*Completion payment is subject to a 90 day time-out. If a delay arises in publishing all materials on website due to client delay issues, the remainder of the balance will become due 90 days after the design approval payment. The client will still have all works completed when ready - the 90 day time-out is simply to ensure that PC Input is paid in a timely fashion should any time-management issues arise in the client producing required material(s).
(in easy speak terms - believe it or not PC Input have clients that are still sending us stuff for their website a year after it was made live on the internet - this clause simply ensures that PC Input stay in business, we know that a clients business is their focus - it's not always easy to supply material for a website as well as run your business)
