At PC Input, our mission in 2009 is to expand our market share by continuing to del iver simple, effective computer related services to home and business customers whilst initiating new services to further enhance our ‘Friendly approach to PC Woes’. In 2008 PC Input invested in technology that allowed us to resolve many computer problems over the internet. In 2009 we intend to build upon that technology and focus upon the current needs of the nation during this economic climate which, we have identified as providing cost effective, rapid responses to computer problems.
PC Input will also be focusing upon greener solutions, of which PC Input’s remote repair forms a vital part by reducing the need for an engineer’s visit, as well as electronic billing methods therefore reducing overall use of paper products. In addition, PC Input is committed to reducing our carbon footprint by only using low carbon emitting vehicles that produce less than 120g/km of CO2, after all; a sustainable environment is a greener environment. |

PC Input believe not only in giving great customer satisfaction but in providing a great working environment. Started as a family business we know all too well how important family is. PC Input was started in April 2007 by Martin Cope. At the time, Martin was a mature student in the midst of a business and I.T. degree at the Manchester Metropolitan University. Alongside this he was working part time for a local company as well looking after his family. As if this wasn't enough, friends and friends of friends often found the need to make use of his excellent computer skills taking up what spare time he did have left. It was only a matter of time and a bit of friendly persuasion off his partner before finally he thought...'you know what, I could start a business here and actually do this for a living'. So you know what - he did, and so PC Input was started. Martin went on to complete his degree, much to the relief of the university lecturers (he was known for not always agreeing with the typical business take on things) but has always maintained that they were the best bunch of lecturers he could of had and has always wanted them to know that it was all their help and support that helped him complete his degree.
After gaining his degree in Business and I.T. Martin started looking at PC Input in earnest introducing re-investment into the company, acquiring new skills and making key business decisions on partner programs in order to bring new customers to PC Input as well as offer a wider choice and range of services to existing customers.
Since then, PC Input has been going from strength to strength and with Martin's unique guidance and commitment to providing top quality computer services at every day affordable prices PC Input is well set for the future. Standing by his phrase, PC Input - The Friendly Approach to PC Woes, Martin is proving that there is more to computer services than just a bunch of geek's. |
